Settlement of Zivar Khanum and Haji Muhammad Husayn, 1878
Zivar Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Mirza ‘Aliquli the sheriff, has transferred one share from the twenty four shares of a market outside Baghmishah gate to Haji Muhammad Husayn, the son of Haji Ibrahim Khalil Bayg Baghmishah, in exchange for one hundred tumans.

Umm al-Nisa’ Khanum and Aqa Jabbar, the children of Mashhadi ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, transfer a house and a garden, located in Shishgilan, and part of the use of water from a qanat to Mirza Riza, a courtier of the crown prince and the son of Haji ‘Abd Allah, in exchange for two hundred and thirty seven tumans and five thousand dinars.

Settlement of Shahzadah Khanum and Khvajah Nazar, 1854
Settlement between Shahzadah Khanum, Fath‘ali Khan's mother, with Khvajah Nazar, the Christian merchant, regarding the villages of Bilvirdi and Yangajah in the Bidustan region and all their attached land and water creeks, which will belong to Shahzadah Khanum in exchange for three thousand tumans. According to the note on verso, the contract was registered at the Embassy office in Tabriz and was written by Mirza Muhsin Amin Shuraka’, the chronicler, on August 11, 1854.

Letter about visiting the Crown Prince in Tabriz
The writer talks about his mission to Tabriz and visit to the Crown Prince [Muzaffar al-Din Mirza], how this mission had failed and the Crown Prince had refused to see him, saying that he did not need a tutor. Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah.
